Debit order issues!!!

Netstar has the worst customer service! So in April my account was debited twice and I had to reverse one debit. From there on they stopped debiting my account. When I emailed them to ask them why they stopped, they told me it was because of the reversal. When explained to them why I reversed the debit they just stopped responding to my emails. I was talking to Petunia Masuku who hasn’t responded to my emails since. When I send a follow up email to CR I still don’t get a response. It’s been daaaays! I’m so annoyed by this! Nobody seems to be interested in fixing the mess!
