Debit order deduction without my consent

<p>On 28 October 2016 an amount of R255.45 went off from my bank account .I then sent an email to Altech Netstar demanding to know why they deducted without my consent.I dont have an account with them and never gave authority to do so.No one responded to my email even today,instead they sent me an sms of resubmission that will take place again on 15November 2016.You better not do that tomorrow as am still waiting for your feedback on my email.Your service really sucks,you just after my money!</p>
