Debit order deducted after contract cancelled

Good day,<br> <br> You still haven't cancelled the contract on ******GP as requested on 30 December. Refund all the premiums collected from 31 January on account number 5xx548xx02. Although my request was in writing as below you ********ly continued to deduct the premiums from my account. This is in contravention with the consumer protection act and must be rectified urgently. Return my three months premiums that was collected erroneously.<br> <br> Note the account with number 56xx48xx02 ends on 30 April and no premiums must be collected from this date. <br> <br> Rectify this matter urgently as I already sent numerous mails an no response as of yet<br>
