Netstar is *******ly debiting my account even though I no longer have the vehicle their device is installed in in my possession.

I did not give them consent to debit my account.They arranged the fitment and subscription of the device and plan with Ford Brits and made it part of the total financed amount.

I have since traded in the vehicle at Ford Brits.

Their call center is inefficient and I’ve used up a lot of time and energy being put on hold.

I humbly request that you cancel my subscription immediately!
