I sold my car in February last year due to financial constraints and I called to cancel my tracker however I was told that I cannot because I was still under contract (the new owner was not interested in using their service ) but they continued to DEBIT FOR A CAR THAT I NO LONGER POSSESS . Fast track to 2021, my account has since been handed over to their legal department to a consultant named Nomsa who is handling my case and has never tried even once to return my calls as she is always "busy" when I call her. I have been given different case numbers CAS-***-R7K9 and CASR-***-B5L9 but that's where it all ends. I want someone to call me ASAP with regards to this matter .
