Damage to property due to incompetence

I bought my Toyota Fortuner from McCarthy Toyota Pretoria on the 25th of April 2015 and insured it with Santam insurance on the same date. The insurance company advised me to put a tracking device which they referred me to Altech Netstar a security company. I took my car to the nearest branch in Pretoria where i was referred to by the company head office in Midrand after they booked an appointment for me. I dropped my car around 10:00 in the morning and picked it around 5pm after receiving the message that the car is ready. I found the car not in good order with doors no longer locking after the fitment. I notified the company and they advised me to park the car until yesterday when i took the car back. After checking the car, they advised me that the car is now ok and ready for collection.<br> Can you assist Peter because after collection i noticed that my doors are still the same and my car have lost settings. The luggage top of the car was t********** at Menlo Park where i was parking yesterday because the alarm system is also disturbed. Iam now afraid to take the car back because they showed incompetence and negligence. Can you assist me in fixing my car?<br>
