Custormer service

I received 2 calls this morning. 1st one no one speaks. Second call I did not understand and could not get clarity. She said the battery is low and car was started without something and a lots of may be. The car is four months old, so is the batteries and the tag, thus what is wrong and what was the purposes of the call?
