customer service very poor, from call center,credit controller to finance department

<p>I took a contract with altech netstar in 2013,the money was deducted with my insurance premium,then my contract expired last year(2016) at the same time i also cancelled my insurance.All of a sudden on the 03 May 2017 Altech deducted money from my account.i had to make 6 phone calls to speak to accounts department,call center agents dropped my call for more than 5 times,one of the agents name is Katlego,finally when i spoke to someone,she said her name is Leo and she works in the debtors department,her attitude was not pleasant,she spoke to me as if i am making a story that my account was deducted by altech netstar, she then reffered me to someone from accounts his name is sibusiso, he has no customer service at all,he is very bully and doesnt know how to address customers at some point he told he works for altech so he cannot be sorry for mistakes made by altech so i must just accept that Altech will refund me in+-7 working days or otherwise i must must go to my bank and reverse the transaction,but they will not cover my service charges.</p>
