I have been waiting two days for someone to contact and visit the dealership my new vehicle is currently being checked at due to electronic malfunctions which they suspect could be due to the way the tracker was installed. WHEN WILL THIS RECEIVE ATTENTION? I am currently stuck without a vehicle, as the only holdup in the process is the lack of a technician tending to the request.
