CROOOOOOOKS!!!!

Altech Netstar is bar far the worst company ever.

Our vehicle was ****** in 2014 and was recovered by Netstar. The car was stripped horribly and Netstar told us that the contract would be terminated and we would need to fit a new unit. We decided to rather sell the vehicle and move on.

4 years later, a rude, obnoxious woman from Netstars' collection agency calls us demanding for R 500 that we apparently owe them.

My first question is why call now? Why should we pay for a contract that was terminated by them?

And here I am in the same situation again, January 2019. So netstar calls (September 2018), tells me that they will investigate my complaint and I have never heard anything from them since. The rude lady though is back, together with her text messages demanding that we pay the R500 we owe to netstar. This is stupid to say the least.
