OK, so firstly, let me just say that Absa iDrive Vehicular Insurance can cancel an insurance policy with immediate effect telephonically, but Altech Netstar requires a "ONE MONTH NOTICE" of cancelation for a "contract" with NO SET TERM, so in other words, they EXPECT you to pay AN ENTIRE MONTHS PREMIUM EVEN THOUGH YOUR CAR HAS BEEN TRADED IN!?!?!?!? Am I missing something here????????????? How the HELL can ANYONE expect you to pay for a service for an entire month, that YOU ARE NOT EVEN USING!?!? Talk about "unfair business practice"!!! The bottom line is, I traded my car in on the 14th of January 2022, now I am being threatened with legal action because I didn't pay the January premium OR the one month's notice!?!?!? That's R344 odd Rands that they expect me to pay without so much as even a warning letter/message & even though there was NO set contractual period!?!?!?? What kind of ************ business practice is this that I'm expected to pay for a service I can no longer use..?????? So I'm expected to know which make & model car I'm trading in for & expected to play accordingly ONE ENTIRE MONTH PRIOR TO A TRADE IN????????????? This is frikkin INSANITY, not to mention, ********!!!
