Creating a false expectation

I currently have a tracking device with altech. To my knowledge because nowhere was it ever mentioned as an extra benefit that one has to ask about as a new client when i know nothing about the product but everything else was sold to me is the extended service warranty, not even on the website does it mention that it will come as an extra charge. Called into the call center. Spoke to Damian, very patient and understanding, couldn’t help so he got his supervisor Abigail, called me back, listened and understood. Couldnt help so she said she will get the sales agent who helped me. God forbid i spoke to the rude young lady Sharon Leslie who did but speak over, not listen and cut me off with a “il get my manager to call u.” She is the one who did not explain the offer to me, she is the one who did the bare minimum of her job and not make sure i received best value. Now i call 6 months down the line because I heard from someone that one has to pay an extra R20 for the warranty. I find it extremely unfair because no one mentioned that, not even on the website does it mention that “for an extra R20/month you will get 1,2,3. Now i don’t have the product, when i left my previous tracking company to come to altech for this benefit, only to find out that I don’t have it.
