***ardly Netstar Management / Creditworx
Having read so many negative reviews about Netsar I question whether I am wasting my time. I was a customer of Netstar for many years, all my trucks and personal vehicles were under contract with Netstar. I had three new units fitted to vehicles that were still under contract when I started encountering problems. Their system was either offline or there were significant delays (3-4hour) in their tracking. One of the new units had stopped working and reflected the vehicle standing in Samrand for nearly 1 year of its new contract. We eventually arranged to have all the vehicles checked on a particular Saturday, we confirmed the arrangement on the Friday before. I brought all my vehicles back frm Mpumalanga empty. I pulled my other vehicles off the road from around Gauteng for their Saturday appointment. Of course they never arrived, no excuse offered, no appology, absolutely nothing. The cost to me with loss of earnings, running superlinks empty, diesel etc. exceeded R25000.00. This started the long battle. Long story short, I was made an offer to replace all my units with the new cloud based software, however I would need to sign a new 3 year contract. I refused their offer insisting that if their current system was oversubscribed or outdated they should either replace it at their own cost of remove the units and I would go to alternative supplier. I had already signed up with Digit to replace my truck that was stuck in Samrand and put another unit in another truck to compare the bennefits of one unit over the other. I have reams of email correspondence and they have hours of recordings on record of my complaints but nothing went further than their call centre or area sales manager. I eventually threatened them that if they did not sort out the problem I will stop my debit order. Within an hour of that call they cancelled my tracking service, no warning, notice period, no letter of intention, nothing. My debit order meant I was up to date with installments plus my next months debit order still went off. It was only then that I cancelled my debit order. Since then, I have had debt collection agencies chasing me for breach of contract and for outstanding contract fees of R10506.00. This has been going on for 4-5 years now. I have spent hours having to explain the history, I have requested someone of seniorority within Netstsar to contact me so I can explain and request they do an internal investigation as to who was in breach of the contract. I threatened to cancel if they didn't sort out their system, but they cancelled my tracking devices first. So who is in breach. I now have Creditworx threatening me that soon I wont have access to credit unless I settle my outstanding debt. How ***ardly and typically Corporate are Netstar. They just throw their "Bad Debts" at a collection agency to collect monies they believe is due to them. I have gone through this for 5 years. They are like a bad smell, they raise their smelly heads threaten and harrass you for weeks on end and then disappear. Then 5-6 months the septic tank fills up and they harrass you again. How long can one be civil and polite? How much time do I afford these debt collectors? Do you just pay to get them out of your face? I hope at some point one of the ***ardly crew from Netstar pick up the phone and appologise.
