Corrections needed

I have been struggling with my name always being spelled incorrectly, and always when i call to correct it i was always incorrect again. but yesterday the guy by Njabulo called me as soon as he received my email, and he assured that my name has been correctly written now, he was very patient with me just to make sure that we are on the same page together.
