Contract Termination

I installed the altech netstar tracker on my newly purchased car in around 04 Jun 2012. 5 years 10 months later altech is still billing me for this service. I sold my car last year and advised them of same and they insist that my contact is still active. How can this be?

I made queries in last year about the billing and still no joy. Why am I getting forced to use a service I no longer require?

I am still waiting for Thandazani at Retentions to call me and play the recording that states that I renewed the contract. I requested this recording last year and nothing was done. I am requesting the same thing again today and I wont be surprised if no one calls me to hear this recording.
