Contract handed over without signing

Since I have never signed any contract with Netstar, I do not understand why they have handed me over to Hybrid for collection. As I contacted them after the purchase of my car, I was informed that the installation would be one-time only, there would be no monthly payments. To my surprise, on the third of August, I received a text message informing me that my account had been handed over. I have no idea!
