Contract cancelled but debit orders still being processed

Cancelled my contract in May 2022 but 2 debit orders in July were deducted from my account and now I'm incurring bank charges to have the unauthorized debit orders reversed. These people are simply ***********. Have also lodged a formal complaint against them with the Payments Association of South Africa for further action.
