CONTINUED UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

YOU ARE STILL CONTACTING MY EMERGENCY CONTACTS AND DISCLOSING DETAILS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND DEBIT ORDERS.

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND A CLEAR BREACH OF PRIVACY. MY EMERGENCY CONTACTS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY AGREEMENT WITH YOU.

STOP CONTACTING THEM IMMEDIATELY. REMOVE THEIR DETAILS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND DEAL WITH ME ONLY. YOU HAVE ALL MY CONTACT DETAILS.

CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND CONFIRM THIS IN WRITING.

The debt collectors has been trying to contact you to assist regarding the status of your account as your account is still owing.
