Contact very difficult

Called number provided on internet to cancel a tracker.

Number does not exist..... Tried the WhatsApp Bot link, number provided in link is not correct. No numbers provided on safe and sound app.

Found another number, waited 15 min for answer, only to be put through to another number, again a long wait, then a answering service then another long wait.

Honestly, get more staff and update the contact details on YOUR website, perhaps the emergency number is also incorrect???
