CONSULTANT NEVER RETURN PHONE CALL

Good Day Sir/Madam<br> <br> I have phone in 24 May 2015 to ask where my vehicle is at the moment. The consultant has have rep**** and inform me that they going to return my telephone and inform me. The consultant never phone me back with any news.<br> <br> This is very bad service where you rank yourself the best so if it was that my vehicle was ****** you will forget of me as a customer. Your service to track a car is very bad because a company of your nature suppose to phone back. I want a full report in writing why my telephone call wasn't return. An apology wont be accepted due I pay you to render a service to me. I have intention of moving to car track or tracker where I will get service for money paying.
