Compromised safety and Netstar not interested. Terrible service

Event notifications are sent hours to days late, leaving me, my loved ones, and my properties vulnerable. I reached out to Netstar and they are not bothered. They refuse to attend to the problem. Moipone even transferred me to the cancellation department. But canceling is still a problem. I would not recommend it.
