Complaint over altech biling

My name is Portia complaining about Altech Netstar, they have been deducting money from my account after i have tried to cancel their contract after so many calls they have refused to send me a recording of the terms and conditions of the contract which i know where not read out to me. they have deducted twice after calling and confirming. i don't even have the unit for the tracker with me anymore i had called them to remove if after i had sold the vehicle> they said that i have a contract with them for 3 years. i told them i have a cheaper tracker and so to cancel . after calling and speaking to different people this issue is not resolved no body has sent me a recording from altech.
