Complaint on customer service consultant at Netstar

I called Netstar earlier today to enquire about their value added services. I was transfered through to a lady called Lebo who told me I am not an existing client with Netstar then she transferred me to Matsidiso/Tsidiso who was rude and wanted to get rid of the call asap. I am highly disappointed in your service and I fail to understand because I pay my monthly premiums I know am very fearful if your tracking devices even work or not. I asked for a manager but no consultant transfered me I regret ever joining the service its an absolute waste of time
