complaint

Hy, its busi i would like to complain about the service i received after leaving work from store 776 sunnypark i drop off on 15 december 2020. i left without informing anyone because of bad treatment i received from my manager i asked for transfer they refuse to gave me then i decide to stay home. so early in january i went to shop to get my belongings they refuse to give it to me my store manager told me that i must make an apointment by that time i was from home mpumalanga i also ask for my stuff that i left in my locary she said she throw them away i call my HR Yvonne i explained every thing to her she said i must go to my shop to collect my stuff when i go there to collect my stuff my manager refuse to give me my outcome for hearing also the things i left on my locary still i claim my provident money now is six weeks nothing is happening i tried to call them they told me about the things i dont know ackermans was deducting my money every month now is problem to pay me back i dont want anything from them i want my things i left inside my locary and my money thats all.
