Complaint about the device installed in my car

I am quiet disappointed once again for the service and responses I get from the Altech Netstar. Since I started having a contract with this company I have never had any joy. <br> I called sunday at about 15h00 and again on the 07th March 2016 at 09h12 regarding the device that is falling on my car, but with no joy I am not getting help and this is irritating me and I get annoyed as I pay my monthly fee on time with no issues but they do not know how to take a good care of their clients.<br> <br> I am so not happy about how my query has not been taking as a matter of urgency. The device on my car is falling and exposed to the people to see it and once they get hold of that device my car can be ******.<br>
