Complaint

Since September I have been struggling with the company. I have consulted with three of the consultants and yet issues regarding my account has not been resolved. After consulting with the consultants, I am assured that the issue will be resolved and feedback will be provided. No feedback is provided and each month the same issue happens. When I would call, the relevant department is no available. No follow up is being done from the companies side whatsoever.
