Complaint...!!!

I am not sure who to send this email to because with I send an email to the email address on your website (***) the emails bounce back.

I would like to put a complaint through with Netstar, I do not find any channel on your website to log my complaint. My Netstar tracker account / installment was linked to my insurance (Budget Insurance) premium from April 2019. However when my insurance cover was cancelled by my insurer on the 2nd Aug 2019, I was not contacted by any Netstar personnel to arrange a way forward when it comes to their tracking service to me since my cover was cancelled. A debit order was linked to my bank account without any one from Netstar contacting me so to arrange with me (beforehand) about how much will the installment be as it was linked to my insurance installment. I was surprised to see my account being debited by Netstar, question is when did Netstar request for a debit order to be linked to my bank account and when did it get authorised by me because I was not contacted to make the necessary arrangements? I am sure Budget Insurance has informed Netstar that my vehicle is no longer covered by them plus they have disconnected the tracking unit during the assessment of the damage period as I received an SMS confirming “Battery disconnect violation at 17h16 on the 17/07/2019” I did not understand why this happened but it did. Since then I have not been using Netstar’s service. I would like to cancel your services, please kindly advise on what I need to do so to cancel.
