Complaint

I am disappointed in netstar. My car registration number is LK 94 ZV GP. I bought this car through AVIS Vehicles Craydon through an agent named Tshepo Mauoane. I asked him if the car had a tracker and he said there was no tracker on the car. However Netstar has been sending me emails that I owe an installment for a tracker. I responded and informed Netstar that I do not have a tracker installed on my vehicle. The registration number is HV D6 70 FS and it was registered on the 17th of May 2022. I bought the car on the 30th of October 2023. I was not informed that my car, with registration LK 94 ZV GP was previously registered as HV D6 70 FS. I am not liable for the installment of the tracker because it was installed prior to me purchasing the car. Tshepo did not inform that the car has a tracker.
