Complaint

I recently installed a tracker in my car with Netstar altech. Problem I'm having is I keep on getting calls from Netstar agents telling me they received a panic from my car this has been going on ever since this tracker was installed. On the 18/01/2016 I got another call and told them no one pressed the panic button and told her you all keep on calling for the same thing, what if I'm really in danger and I actually do press it then no one call me. She said I will send an e-mail. So I called the customer service on Tuesday the 19th spoke to Tazneen and explained the story she promised to send an e-mail to their technicians and will copy me nothing was send to me. I Called again Wednesday the 20th spoke to Daniel told him what happened he gave me the *** number to call. I spoke to Tazneen again , that gave me attitude, spoke To Daniel and Petro and no one has called me back with any feedback as to why it is happening. Petro was supposed to log a call with the technical support I'm still waiting for a call. Now I'm just really annoyed because no one is coming back to me if that is the way they treat the customers I might as well take my business somewhere else. <br> <br> <br>
