Complains for Nestar company

net star cancellation devices i never make business with netstar i took DOTSURE insurance for my car which Dotsure was in business with Netstar now i cancelled Dotsure insurance for my car and join another insurance and Neststar was carry on debit on my account which i told them that i cancelled both of them now they listed me on crediworx as bad payer which it affect my if tell them that, i'm not in business with them they tell me Dotsure the very same company i'm not in business with too. Help me to solve the problem.
