<p>Good day,</p> <p>i called netstar today very irate, i didnt want to speak to any consultant, i just wanted to speak to a manager, eventually Stanley Ngubeni from Retention department answered and he was so helpful, he managed to calm me down in a professional way, he went all out to make sure that i get assistant, thank you Mr Ngubeni for your high class service, you are an asset to netstar, you are s****ed</p>
