Complain

Good morning l have a complain about this tracking company, l bought a car November 2021 vw, they came on the 4th December to install tracking device on my vehicle, l was told to receive tracking certificates within 7 days which didnot happen,days passed, early January 2022 l pressed their panicking button no response, l decided called the company mind you they did not even had ld number then l asked l where my car is, they didnot know, l felt so stupid to trust this company so if my car was ****** l was just gonna loose like that because even tracking certicate did not provide to insurance company, then l wrote emails that I'm canceling due to the problem. So now this company just want to sunc money from for nothing now they know my email. Please help me. Iam not going to pay for something that is not delivered correctly is their fault not mine
