What a service from Netsar. I took an insurance with the December 2024, I was given a certain premium come month end am debited a certain amount. I have been asking for recordings so that I can recall what I agreed to since January till to date. I spoke to 6 people no one could help me. What's annoying it's the calls I get that I owe them. Retention department is failing me, I send a cancellation it's not canceled.
