COLD CALLING

I received a call from a private number and when a I answered it was a sales agent selling a 'great offer' for the netstar tracking service. Since I have never used Netstar I was surprised to get a call from them. I had asked the agent where they had gotten my number from and was told that they had gotten it from a reputable market service. I had then asked to be removed from their calling list only to be cut off before I could ask who the reputable market service was. I know this is not Netstar directly but if this any show of how they do business, It is pitiful.
