Clueless and hopelessly arrogant!

<p> Changed my bank account, sent this lot a mail but as to be expected they ignored me.</p> <p>I then get a call from their arrogant, rude collection mob demanding payment or all hell will be unleashed on me, blah, blah</p> <p>I then again sent this pinnacle of customer excellence another mail about this and yet again zero response!</p> <p>What a lot of clowns really, demand payment andd then ignor eme anyway, get your act together before threatening me</p> <p>Pathetic service!!!!</p>
