Clueless!

This is my second 1 star review about Netstar. In my first review they were quick to send me their automatic response they send out to each and every customer. To this date I have not received any other form of communication from Netstar. Although I have cancelled my month to month service and stopped the debit order with my bank they now send me SMS's Dear Netstar client your debit order has returned from the bank. Although my service was cancelled they still try to take money. Your defective unit is still in my vehicle and I want it removed free of charge.
