Clearing ITC record for honouring payment

Hi<br> <br> Please assist with getting Altech Netsat to update my ITC record that i have paid their outspend debt in full. I've made all necessary steps, paid the account in full and email POP to Mohammed Choo who's no. is *** and who after one month counting from 15 October 2015 clearly is *********** or simply doesn't want to update my ITC status as till today is reflect that I'm owing Netstar. I've made nemorous follow up with Mr Choo who keep on saying his going to sort it out. <br> <br> I've lost all patience and this is affecting my life and my way forward as i'm getting declined by other institution due to this Newstart account appearing as unpaid on ITC.
