Clear my name from credit bureau

I cancelled the tracker by phone in October 2017 and the reference number is Cas693228,my issue now is that you kept on debiting my account and then when I reversed the debit orders you instructed a company by the name of creditworx to handover my name to credit bureau. I have always maintained a clean credit record and I wont let you ruin it for me. I don't have a car anymore so I am no longer using your services. to think that I referred so many people to you! fix this!
