Charged for services which do not exist

So its been a few weeks since my last comments. Netstar has been charging me for value added services that they do not offer for the last 6 years. They have admitted to it and said they would refund me. To date they are unable to confirm what the refund amount is. Further they should be paying me interest on the funds as I would have earned some return on the moneys had it been available to me to invest.

To anyone reading this, please check your monthly invoice from Netstar.
