Charged after terminating service

Cancelled my policy on Feb 19th and still got debited my fee in March. This for a tracker on a previous vehicle which I had traded in during December. Don't appreciate paying for a service which I was not using. So Altech Netstar can join DSTV as a company that tries to skimp short term profits off departing customers and doesn't mind losing their business for life. In other words I will never use them again. Well done Netstar!
