CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

I will like to log a complaint about netstar tracker. I was having two tracking device from the different cars one car it's other my name the other it's on some one else car. But both cars tracking device they where under my name. So the owner of the car decided to take over to by for his car. So now the have changed the ownership of the device to his name. Today the the 9th of October I got an sms that my netstar account has been handed it over to Nimble company with the contact number: *** ref number : EFFO299478. when I spoke to on of nimble consultant he mentioned that the account was paid for the month of May and June 2024. Of which I did the change of ownership on the 9 February 2024. To my understanding the handover amount should be direct to the owner of the car not me. When I call netstar I haven't got any response from them. No one is able to assist me.
