Change of Contract

I want to change my Contract to a higher paying package and I first need to cancel my current package.<br> <br> Thanks does not make sense.<br> <br> It is very simple, change the contract and renew the contract to be 36 months again.<br> <br> GO give Teljoy a call and ask them how it is done.<br> <br> This service is really pethetic.
