Careful of the lack of professionalism and personal information risk

This company is an information risk waiting to happen, I called to get a device transfered from my one vehicle to another. after being sent pillar to post by their consults who enjoy putting customers on hold then transfering them to a random new consultant they then finally booked my fitting. Yesterday I recieved a new contract approval mind you my contract has been there for over a year. The new contract stated new details and another customer's ID number, vehicle details and other important details belonging to this person I have no conact with. When I called to correct this each consultant then transfered me for another few times others even hung up or sent me to the call rating part without help. I have decieded to cancel all my services with Netstar and will not be fitting a new device in the new vehicle they are a danger to us customers
