Car written off, device removed by Netstar and I have to continue paying.

I joined netstar November 2017 when I bought my car and this was through budget insurance. In March 2018 I had an accident and the vehicle was written off.

Now in June Netstar contacts me to tell me that they will be debiting my account from June 2018. However I no longer have the vehicle thus I cannot remove the device from one vehicle to the next.

When my vehicle was written off the insurer had me fill in a form for the cancellation and to instruct Netstar to remove the device from the written off car.
