Car tracking unit

Never take netstar as your car tracking device. I took the tracking device that alerts me when the battery is being disconnected how ever my battery is being ****** I don’t know when and by who because Netstar did not inform me as per our agreement. I called them asked them why they did not contact me?short story they saved wrong contact details with wrong contact person that I did not provide that was their answer. They even deducted extra money when I asked why they said I took extras I asked them to listen to the record that I agreed of extras and get back to me because I did not. Up until now I’m still waiting when ever I’m calling them they put me on hold up until I get tired. They are so irresponsible
