Car tracker of a car I don’t own

Hello Peter In 2015 I went to enquirer about a Polo 1.6 at VW at Hatfield so they did all the quotes for and because of the monthly installment I had to pay I decided to no take it. I did not sign any contract with them So I used to receive updates that my Polo is crossing the border or it’s in a high risk area and I also noticed that they are deducting money from my account for a car that I don’t even own. I decided to call Netstar car tracker and ask them about this and they said if I want to cancel it I have to pay 1200 . They then called me back and said it was not authorized by them so I have to call VW to cancel it . When I called VW they referred me to Netstar

I want them to pay my money from 2015 until now Please assist Regards Sane
