Car ****** with early warning tracking device

In November after my 40th birthday my car was ****** outside my daughter school had early warning system in my car which means they have to phone me when someone fiddles with my car they never phoned I had to phone them when I realised my car was missing. They said they could not track my car as the device was ripped out. What am I paying for all these years for if the product can be ripped out so quickly - I asked for my husbands car and daughters cars tracking device to be cancelled as I have no confidence in their product I was told I must pay the contracts up or get blacklisted - I have lost my car and had to pay R30 000 in still paying it off and my babies car seat among other items in my car - they are selling a false sense of security and the product is not theft proof - all they could say is sorry - sorry does not help - I have lost my car and are still paying for two tracking devices I don't want but are forced to pay until contract expires and my short fall on my bank - who is the consumer company for tracking devices - I need justice...
