Car ****** 2 days after a tracker was installed!!!!

I cannot believe a professional company has such appalling service! I have been driving my car for over a year and had to have a tracker installed for insurance purposes. My car was coincidentally ****** 2 days after having my tracker installed (which took over an hour). The people who stole my car knew exactly where my tracker was installed and managed to disengage it within minutes before Netstar could track it!? Trustworthy software!! I filed a report at the police station and went through all the right protocol. I managed to finally get hold of a supervisor who informed me that he was aware of vehicle theft directly related to people within the company? Is this not something you should address and tell clients before they make a commitment??? I never received a case report as promised and nobody has bothered to contact me since Saturday! I assume you have given up the search for my car.... No one has responded to my letters and numerous emails but the company is very quick to take your money!
