Car damaged

After a week off back & forth. The device was finally removed from my car, contract cancelled & promise to refund all premiums paid. I took my car in for an assessment at VW today. Some parts were not replaced properly. I have a rattling noise under the hood of the car where the tracker was removed. <br> <br> This will be 2 hours labour which will cost about R2000 before the parts if any are required. You will have to fix my car. I emailed Lennon & Denise today in the afternoon. <br> <br> I need a response on who will pay for these damages. Just when I thought the nightmare of having to deal with your company was over.<br> <br> This has been the worst experience of my life.
