Car Battery Issues Due to Tracker, Frustration with Delayed Technician Availability

I've been having issues with my car battery since Friday. I took my car in for a check-up, and everything seemed fine, including the battery. The technicians from the company were i bought my battery suggested that my tracker might be causing the problem. When I called Netstar on Saturday, they told me their technicians are fully booked until Friday (07/02/2025). This is really frustrating because I can't use my car due to their unit affecting my battery, and I have to jump-start my car every time. This situation is very disappointing not happy at all with their service.
